What Happens in the HighLevel Bootcamp?

The bootcamp is a free live session on Zoom, about 60 minutes long, held on weekdays at 11am US Central time. HighLevel's team walks new users through six "quick wins", the first setups that make the platform useful quickly, such as capturing leads and following up automatically. You can ask questions during the session.

Two practical notes. The sessions are not recorded, so book a day you can attend live. And 11am Central is 5pm in London and early morning in Asia and Australia, so check the time in your zone before signing up. The bootcamp is optional: the 30 days apply whether or not you attend.

Will You Be Charged During the GoHighLevel Trial?

The plan is free during the trial. Usage is not. HighLevel charges email, SMS, calls, phone numbers and paid AI to a prepaid wallet, and the wallet recharges automatically when it drops below $10. That recharge cannot be turned off, although you can keep usage near zero.

In a normal trial, where you build pages and test a few texts to your own phone, the usage cost is a few dollars at most: a local number is $1.15 a month and a text costs about one cent. It grows only if you import a list and send a real campaign, buy several numbers or run Voice AI. Texting US numbers also requires A2P registration, which has carrier fees of its own; if you are only testing, you can wait on it.

How Do You Get the Most Out of a HighLevel Trial?

Day 1: set up your agency profile and first sub-account. Load a snapshot, a ready-made setup for your niche, instead of building from zero.
Days 2 to 4: connect your domain and email sending, buy one phone number, and start A2P registration if you will text US numbers, since approval can take days.
Days 5 to 10: build one complete flow: a form or funnel, a pipeline, an automatic text and email, a booking calendar and a reminder.
Days 11 to 20: test it with real leads or a real client, and try the mobile app for replies on the go.
Before the end: check the billing page for usage so far, decide on the plan, and cancel two days early if it is not for you.

How Do You Cancel the GoHighLevel Trial?

Cancel from inside your agency account: open the billing settings, find your subscription and choose to cancel. Follow the steps to the end; HighLevel may ask why you are leaving and offer alternatives before confirming. Look for the confirmation, and keep it.

Do it at least one or two days before the trial ends. The end date is set by HighLevel's system, not your local time, and once the plan is charged the fee is not refunded. Before cancelling, export contacts and anything you built that you want to keep, because access ends with the trial.

Are "Extended" or "Exclusive" HighLevel Trials Real?

Many sites advertise an "exclusive 30-day GoHighLevel trial". In practice these are usually HighLevel's own public bootcamp trial, reached through an affiliate link.
