GoHighLevel SaaS Mode and White Label: How Reselling HighLevel Works

SaaS Mode lets an agency sell HighLevel as its own software. It comes with the Agency Pro plan at $497 a month: clients pay you on your own pricing page, their account is created automatically under your brand, and you mark up the email, SMS and AI they use. Here is what it includes, what white label costs, and who it actually suits.

TL;DR

SaaS Mode is included in HighLevel's Agency Pro plan ($497 a month or $4,970 a year). It automates how you offer HighLevel to clients as your own branded software: you create your own plans and prices, clients subscribe by card, a sub-account is created for them automatically with a snapshot you choose, and their email, SMS, phone and AI usage is rebilled with your markup. White label means your domain and brand on the web app; a branded mobile app costs $497 a month extra. Agency Pro adds the advanced API. It only makes sense with enough paying clients to cover the plan; the software is the easy part, finding and serving clients is the work.

What Does GoHighLevel SaaS Mode Actually Do?

Without SaaS Mode, an agency creates each client account by hand and invoices the client separately. With SaaS Mode, that runs on its own:

  1. You define plans, for example "Basic", "Growth" and "Pro", with your own prices and which features each unlocks.
  2. You publish a pricing page, built in HighLevel's funnel builder, under your brand.
  3. A client subscribes and pays by card through your connected Stripe account.
  4. A sub-account is created automatically, loaded with the snapshot you picked, so the client starts with your templates, pipelines and automations.
  5. Usage is rebilled: the client's email, SMS, calls and AI go on their card, with the markup you set.
  6. Failed payments and cancellations can be set to pause the account without you intervening.

In short, HighLevel runs the infrastructure, and you own the client relationship and the pricing.

What Is the Difference Between Unlimited and Agency Pro?

Unlimited ($297)Agency Pro ($497)
Sub-accountsUnlimited, created by youUnlimited, created automatically on payment
Core featuresAllAll
Usage rebillingAt costWith your markup
Your own software plansNoYes, SaaS Mode
Client self-signupNoYes
APIBasicAdvanced
Yearly price$2,970$4,970

The $200 difference buys automation of billing and onboarding plus the markup on usage. If you sign clients one by one and invoice them for a service that includes the software, Unlimited is enough. Agency Pro is for selling the software itself, at scale, without manual work for each new account.

Already a HighLevel customer? You do not need a new trial. HighLevel's upgrade page for existing accounts (paid link) moves your account to Agency Pro, usually within 1 to 3 business days, with the price difference prorated.

How Does GoHighLevel White Label Work?

The web app

You can run the HighLevel web app on your own domain, for example app.youragency.com, with your logo and colors. Clients log in there and see your brand.

The mobile app

By default, clients use the LeadConnector app from the app stores. For an app with your own name and icon, HighLevel sells a white-label mobile app for $497 a month, or $1,491 per quarter, and a lighter branded client portal app for $49. Enterprise plans include the white-label app.

Where HighLevel can still show

Phone and email services run on LeadConnector infrastructure, and some notifications or help links can reveal it. For most clients this does not matter; if full invisibility matters to your positioning, check these details during the trial.

How Many Clients Does It Take to Cover HighLevel Agency Pro?

Simple arithmetic on the plan price. Agency Pro costs $497 a month. If you charge clients $97 a month, you need 6 paying clients just to cover it; at $197, 3 clients; at $297, 2 clients. Anything you include on top, such as an AI Employee at $50 or $97 per client, raises that number, and so do card processing fees and the hours you spend on onboarding and support.

Clients also cancel, so the count has to hold month after month. The software is the same for every agency that uses it, which is why what clients really pay for is your niche setup and your service, not access to HighLevel.

This is a cost calculation, not a forecast of revenue. Results vary with individual effort. No guarantee you will make money.

Who Should Use GoHighLevel SaaS Mode, and Who Should Not?

A good fit

  • Agencies already serving 5 to 10 or more clients in one niche, who can package a proven setup as a snapshot.
  • Consultants with an audience in an industry, such as dentists or roofers, who can sell a ready-made system to it.
  • Agencies tired of creating accounts and invoicing by hand.

Probably not yet

  • Beginners with no clients and no niche. Start on Starter, learn the platform on your own business or first client, and upgrade when the demand is real.
  • Anyone expecting passive income. Clients of a software plan still need onboarding, support and results.
  • Someone attracted mainly by income claims in videos. HighLevel's own affiliate policies forbid promising anyone financial results.

How Do You Set Up SaaS Mode in GoHighLevel?

  1. Start Agency Pro, on the trial or paid.
  2. Connect Stripe in the agency settings; this is how clients pay you.
  3. Build or buy a snapshot for your niche: the pipelines, funnels, workflows and templates each client receives.
  4. Configure your plans in the SaaS configurator: prices, trial, features per plan and usage markup.
  5. Set up white label: custom domain, branding and, if you want, the branded apps.
  6. Publish your pricing page and test a subscription with your own card before launching.
  7. Plan onboarding and support: a welcome call, short videos, and who answers questions.

Texting in the US needs A2P registration for each client business. Build it into your onboarding, because it takes days and messages fail without it.

How Should You Price a HighLevel SaaS Offer?

Price the outcome, not the software. A client does not buy "a CRM"; they buy missed calls answered, leads followed up and reviews collected. Common structures are a lower software-only plan, a middle plan with the AI Employee included, and a higher plan with done-for-you setup or management. Keep usage rebilling transparent, since surprise texting bills are a frequent reason clients cancel. Remember your own cost floor: the $497 plan, any AI Employee subscriptions you include at $50 or $97 per client, and your time.

What Are the Downsides of Reselling HighLevel?

  • You are the support desk. Clients call you, not HighLevel, when something breaks, including HighLevel's own bugs after updates.
  • Commodity risk. Thousands of agencies resell the same platform; without a niche, competing on price is a race down.
  • Platform dependence. HighLevel sets the underlying prices and features, and changes them, as with AI pricing in 2026.
  • Compliance. You are responsible for how clients use texting and calling, including consent rules.
  • No refunds. HighLevel's fees are non-refundable, including a yearly Agency Pro payment.

GoHighLevel SaaS Mode and White Label: Common Questions

What is GoHighLevel SaaS Mode?

SaaS Mode is a feature of HighLevel's Agency Pro plan ($497 a month) that lets an agency sell HighLevel as its own software. Clients pick a plan on the agency's pricing page, pay by card, and get a sub-account created automatically, under the agency's brand, with usage rebilled at a markup the agency sets.

Can I white label GoHighLevel?

Yes. Agencies can present the web app under their own domain, logo and colors, so clients see the agency's brand. A branded mobile app in the app stores is a separate add-on at $497 a month, and a branded client portal app costs $49. Enterprise includes the white-label app.

Which GoHighLevel plan do I need for SaaS Mode?

Agency Pro, at $497 a month or $4,970 a year. Starter and Unlimited do not include SaaS Mode; Unlimited allows rebilling usage at cost but not the automatic plans and markup.

How much can you make reselling GoHighLevel?

There is no typical number. Revenue depends on how many clients you sign, what you charge, and how long they stay. The platform costs $497 a month plus usage; everything above that depends on your sales and service. Many resellers find selling and supporting clients harder than the setup.

Is reselling GoHighLevel legal?

Yes. HighLevel designed Agency Pro and SaaS Mode for agencies to resell the platform under their own brand, within HighLevel's terms of service.

Do clients know they are using HighLevel?

With a custom domain and branding, clients see your brand in the web app. Some elements, such as the default LeadConnector mobile app or LeadConnector names in phone and email services, can reveal it unless you use the white-label options.

SaaS Mode, in One Paragraph

SaaS Mode, in HighLevel's $497 Agency Pro plan, turns agency software into a subscription product: your plans, your prices, automatic client accounts and marked-up usage, under your brand. It makes sense once you have a niche, a working snapshot and a way to sign clients; before that, Starter or Unlimited costs less and teaches you the platform. Treat income examples, including ours, as illustrations. The official SaaS trial page (paid link) shows the current Agency Pro offer. For plan prices and usage rates, see the HighLevel pricing guide.

How this was assessed: this page is based on HighLevel's official pricing page, its help center articles on pricing and usage, its terms of service, public ratings on review platforms and app stores, and the pages that currently rank for these searches, all read in September 2026. It is not a report from inside a paid account, and it does not claim to be.
