HighLevel costs $97, $297 or $497 a month, or $970, $2,970 and $4,970 a year. That is the plan. Email, SMS, calls and most AI are billed separately by usage, so a small business typically pays $10 to $80 more per month, and an agency more. Below: every plan, every usage rate and four real cost examples.

TL;DR
HighLevel pricing has two layers. The plan: Starter $97 a month (3 sub-accounts), Unlimited $297 (unlimited sub-accounts) and Agency Pro $497 (adds SaaS Mode), each with unlimited users and contacts, or ten months' price for a year. The usage: email at $0.675 per 1,000, SMS at about one cent per segment with carrier fees, calls from $0.0117 a minute, numbers from $1.15 a month, and AI either per use or through the AI Employee at $50 or $97 a month per sub-account. Usage is paid from a wallet that recharges itself. No refunds.

The three public plans share the same core features. What changes is how many client accounts you can run and how you can bill those clients. Starter is not a stripped-down plan for the features themselves; it is capped at three sub-accounts. This is the most misunderstood point in HighLevel pricing, and it is why Starter is often the right plan for a single business.

Is There a GoHighLevel Discount?
The standard discount is yearly billing: you pay ten months and get twelve, which saves $194 on Starter and $594 on Unlimited. HighLevel has a dedicated page for yearly Starter and Unlimited plans. Besides that, the official ways to pay less at the start are the 14-day free trial and the 30-day trial with the bootcamp.
Be skeptical of "promo codes" and "coupons" advertised on other sites. HighLevel does not publish public coupon codes, and a longer trial offered as someone's "exclusive" is usually one of the official trial pages. Choose yearly only once you are sure: fees are not refunded, including the yearly payment.

An SMS segment is up to 160 plain characters; a longer text or one with emoji counts as several segments. Usage is taken from a wallet that recharges automatically when the balance falls below $10, and that auto-recharge cannot be switched off. Agencies on Unlimited or Agency Pro can rebill each client for their own usage, so the cost moves to the client.

What Will HighLevel Really Cost Per Month?
Four realistic setups, using the rates above and monthly billing. Your volumes will differ; the point is to see how the bill is built.
1. Solo coach on Starter: about $110 to $120
Plan $97. One local number $1.15. 10,000 marketing emails: $6.75. 300 SMS segments with carrier fees: about $3.50. 150 minutes of outbound calls: about $2.50. A2P monthly carrier fees on top. Total around $111 plus A2P, or about $95 a month if you prepay the year.
2. Local business on Starter with the AI Employee: about $170 to $190
Plan $97. AI Employee Growth $50, answering web chat and texts and booking appointments. 1,500 SMS segments for reminders and missed-call text back: about $18. 5,000 emails: $3.40. A number and 300 inbound minutes: about $4.60. Total around $173, before any extra Voice AI minutes.
3. Agency with 5 clients on Unlimited: $297 plus usage it can rebill
Plan $297. Each client's email, SMS and calls are rebilled to the client at cost, so the agency's own net is about the plan fee. If the agency adds the AI Employee to each client, that is $250 to $485 more, which it would normally include in its client fees.
4. Agency with 20 clients selling HighLevel as its own software: $497 plus usage
Agency Pro $497. SaaS Mode bills clients automatically and lets the agency mark up usage. Costs scale with the clients' activity, and so does what the agency charges them. Whether this makes money depends entirely on selling it, which is covered on the SaaS Mode page.

Most prices are monthly and some are per sub-account; HighLevel's pricing page lists the billing unit for each. None is needed to start. The most common add-on in practice is the AI Employee.
Which GoHighLevel Plan Is Worth the Money?
Starter is the best value for one business, or for an agency's first three clients. Paying $297 for Unlimited only makes sense once a fourth client arrives, or when rebilling clients for usage saves more than the $200 difference. Agency Pro pays for itself only if you actually sell HighLevel as your own product; the automatic billing and markup are its whole reason to exist.
On billing cycle: start monthly. The yearly price is attractive, but with no refunds a year is a bet that you will still use the platform in month twelve. Switch to yearly after a few months, when you know.
How Does HighLevel Pricing Compare With ClickFunnels and HubSpot?
ClickFunnels starts at the same $97 a month, $81 yearly, but its entry plan limits you to one workspace and 10,000 contacts; email sending is included up to a monthly cap, and it offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. HubSpot's Starter tier starts around $20 per seat, which is cheaper for a small team, but paid seats and marketing contacts raise the price quickly as you grow. HighLevel's flat price with unlimited users and contacts wins as the team and list grow; its usage fees and lack of refunds are the trade-off. How Do Billing, Cancellation and Refunds Work?
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and the trial converts to a paid plan automatically. HighLevel's terms say all fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings of your agency account, and the account stays active until the end of the paid period. Usage already charged to the wallet is not returned either. Is the GoHighLevel wallet recharge optional?
No. Usage is paid from a wallet that recharges automatically when the balance drops below $10, and that auto-recharge cannot be turned off. You can set the recharge amount and watch usage in the billing section.
